In person training is conducted at my home gym, Gym One. This style of training is ideal for hands on learning style individuals. I offer the option of 30 min or 60 min sessions depending on the needs of the individual client. Through in person training I will be able to identify and train imbalances within the body, teach proper form/intensity, and develop a muscle to mind connection.

Nutrition is 80% of weight loss, muscle gain, functionality, and well being. If your under eating or overeating you may not achieve your desired fitness goal. Every meal plan is customized to the client individually and is based off of their body type, weight, activity level, and metabolism (we can use meal plans to increase metabolic capacity). We work with a variety of lifestyles including: vegan, vegetarian, pescaterian, and paleo. Meal plans are based off of weekly check ins that include weight and progress pictures so that I may analyze body composition change over time.
Workout programs are based off of a combination of the consultation form, weekly check ins, and an introductory consultation. Each program is based off of the client’s goals and progressively gets harder as the client adapts to each level of programming. Workout programs are updated monthly so that the client has time to master the new exercises over the first two weeks and then implement them efficiently the last two weeks.
You can expect me to be on time and eager to begin your training session. Throughout the session there will be emphasis on exercise names, functions, and how to properly execute each exercise. I will dive deep into the muscle-to-mind connection and ensure you’re getting the most out of each exercise. Your time is valuable to me and I give you my undivided attention throughout the whole session.
