In person training is conducted at Big Tex Gym in Austin, Tx. This style of training is ideal for hands on learning style individuals. I offer 60 min sessions for individual training or dual training (2 people). Through in person training I will be able to identify and train imbalances within the body, teach proper form/intensity, and help clients develop a muscle to mind connection.

There are no refunds on any programming or personal training sessions;however, programs may be put on pause and resumed at a later time.
Nutrition is 80% of weight loss, muscle gain, functionality, and well being. Both undereating and overeating can prevent clients from reaching desired fitness and health goals. Every meal plan is customized to the client individually and is based off of lifestyle, body type,activity level,and food preferences. Check ins occur on a weekly bases and include photos, weight, and a questionnaire that is submitted to me;based off of these three markers I will alter the plan to continue to work towards the client's personal goals. Meal plans are to be followed for the entire week and are subject to change after check ins.
Workout programs are based off of the experience level of the client and change as the client progresses. All workout programs come with instructional videos on how to do the designated exercises, as well as set,and rep ranges to be completed. The body learns through neural pathways created in the brain from repetition of movements, because of this training programs stay the same for the month. Progression comes in all forms and is not limited to increased weight lifted, but also execution of the exercise, and optimal utilization of the trained muscle.
For in person training, clients can expect me to be on time and ready to begin training sessions. Throughout the session there will be emphasis on exercise names, functions, and execution. My client's time is valuable to me, during sessions I will always give my undivided attention. I encourage online clients to send workout videos for feedback on form and I will be responsive to any questions or concerns presented to me. All program updates will come out in a timely manner and an open door of communication is highly encouraged.
