I am a trainer at Big Tex Gym in Austin, TX. I began my journey into fitness 11 years ago at age 14 where I developed body dysmorphia disorder and traits of anorexia. Since then I have found a way to live a balanced lifestyle through the patience and guidance of a coach. I’ve been in the best shape of my life as well as the worst. I’ve had a conquer all mindset and a defeated mindset. Now I train to pass on balance,confidence, and self- awareness to my clients. I believe in regimens that can be maintained for a lifetime and not just a short period of time. I encourage my clients to train with a purpose and achieve the muscle-to-mind connection. I work to transform my clients from the inside out and to embrace a positive mindset to overcome challenges.
